Is This ADHD Group Right for You?

The ADHD lab/group doesn’t focus on learning new tips or discovering cutting-edge self-management tools. Our 10-week group is a group lab that’s project-based, team-focused, and oriented to self-exploration. We focus on eliciting your life values to explore how your ADHD story may keep you stuck and help you expand psychological flexibility to make/sustain effort on difficult tasks. In our group discussions, we will work on:

  • get comfortable with your form of discomfort
  • understand the fight, flee, or freeze
  • focused on the present moment,
  • focused on learning active listening skills
